"summary": "This LLM integrates key aspects of criminal law, evidence and procedure alongside the insights of criminology and psychology into the workings of criminal justice. This will offer practical and theoretical perspectives. Students will gain a thorough grounding in the principles and procedures of English Criminal Law with a focus on the practices of presenting, analysing and evaluating evidence. \nThe course will make use of the insights of psychology to deepen your understanding of the practical application of witness testimony and other evidence.
