This has increasing value in commercial and non-commercial practice.\n\nYour learning will cover rules of litigation, ADR, arbitration and mediation, within the frameworks of procedure, evidence and ethics. You will be able to design your own learning by selecting modules to suit your interests and professional goals, from a wide selection including International Commercial Arbitration, Litigation and Dispute Resolution Options, Money Laundering and International Arbitration in Practice.\n\nWe give you expert guidance and academic support throughout the degree, enabling you to clearly focus on your career ambitions.\n\nThis course is designed to maximise flexibility. You can study full-time or part-time and there are course start dates in September and January.\n\nThe course is delivered using a hybrid model of delivery enabling students to either attend in person on campus or online via Teams, with all students being able to interact and participate in the class regardless of their mode of attendance.
