"assessmentMethods": "Course assessment is thorough and includes a combination of project work, written exams, a competency portfolio and presentations.\n\nA mid-term assessment is carried out to ensure your research and development project is on track and following the completion of the project, you will be required to submit a report on your work, in the style and format of a research paper. You will also have an oral examination centering on the technical aspects of your project.\n\nFinally, you will be required to create and deliver a presentation of your project in poster form to staff and colleagues.\n\nIn addition to the help provided by your subject lecturers, you can also access extensive support for your assessments through ASC, the Academic Skills Centre.
