"summary": "Establish a career with any of the world's most affluential institutions, government regulators, or in academia. MSc Finance and Econometrics at Southampton is one of the only masters in the UK to offer specialist training in advanced econometrics techniques and their application to Finance. \n\nThe full-time programme lasts 12 months, with nine months of taught modules between October and June of the academic year, followed by three summer months of supervised research for a Masters’ dissertation.\n\nPart-time programme lasts 27 months and consists of the same components as the full-time version. Students consult with the Head of Masters to establish a detailed plan of studies to fulfil the programme requirements.",
