"entryRequirements": "Academic\nA minimum of a 2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent, in:\n\n• a life science or related discipline\n• or an MBBS/BDS degree with high grades\n\nThis programme accepts both medical and dental students wishing to take a master's degree as an intercalation. You will need to have successfully completed your third or fourth year of study. \n\nPractical laboratory work experience is desirable, although not essential. The modules you can study may depend on your academic background.\n\nEnglish Language\nIf English is not your first language you will need to provide a recognised English language test or qualification. Our typical English Language requirements are listed as IELTS scores but we also accept a wide range of English Language tests. \n\nDirect Entry: IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.5 in all sub-skills).",
