Learners should possess a minimum of 6 months of undertaking administrative duties, or managing a service, or leading a project or group of individuals in their daily Higher Education activities.\n\nA route is also available for learners without an undergraduate degree. This route requires two years of work experience in roles illustrating self-management, communication, team-working, critical thinking, decision-making and application of IT alongside the 6 months professional experience in a Higher Education setting as per the standard entry requirements.\n\nIn addition, all applicants need to be in a leadership, management or administrative role in a higher education context whilst enrolled on the programme.
