"summary": "This course offers a detailed insight into law, management and policy relating to patents, copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.\n\nProviding both international and comparative perspectives, you’ll cover traditional intellectual property issues such as industrial property, artistic works and brands, and also emerging areas of policy including the digital economy and biotechnology.\n\nThe course reflects the growing importance of international developments in intellectual property and confronts growing controversies.
