Your products will be commercially relevant and conform to relevant regulations. Our course uses real-world case studies which will equip you with the food safety auditing skills needed for the workplace. You'll have the opportunity to gain professional experience through work-based placements. \n\nThis course is designed to cover both the research and development and food safety operational needs of the food industry. This bridges the gap between safe food production and product innovation.\n\nLearn from world-leading food safety researchers, alongside other nutrition and health professionals. Our course prepares you for a fulfilling career in the food supply chain, enforcement, research or education.\n\nAs part of your studies, you can boost your CV with two optional Royal Society for Public Health Level 2 qualifications in HACCP and Food Safety.
