"summary": "Global commercial transactions are becoming more complex, posing new legal challenges.\n\nOn this course, you’ll:\n\n\n- look at the law in a commercial setting\n\n\n- learn to resolve business disputes between or among transnational parties through the use of arbitrators and through courts\n\n\n- explore the legal framework governing commercial activities and cross-border transactions\n\n\n- develop the practical skills needed to act as a legal adviser during international commercial transactions\n\n\n- learn to assess cutting-edge scenarios and recent reforms in international commercial law.\n\n\nThis course is ideal if you’re already a legal practitioner or in business and wish to gain an understanding of the legal context for international business deals.
