You’ll acquire a comprehensive understanding of the way individuals – as well as organisations – learn, develop, and grow. As part of this we’ll discuss human resource development and performance improvement.\n\nWhile studying with us, you’ll become adept at using communication and information technology effectively for business. You’ll also become familiar with standards of professional practice in a range of scenarios, for example as an employee advocate, HR practitioner or a consultant.
