Employability and flexibility are also fundamental to this course on which you will develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes that employers are looking for to help start or accelerate your career in people management-related roles.\n\n**Why choose this course?**\n\n\n- This course allows you to specialise with skills and knowledge in human resource management, as well as gaining a foundation in business management.\n\n\n- It also offers you the opportunity to follow a placement route to apply what you have learnt in a work setting, build a professional network and develop the key skills and mindset desired by employers.\n\n\n- You will be taught by expert academics, some of whom are world-leading researchers and have designed the content of this course.\n\n\n**What you will learn**\n\nThis course offers you the chance to gain breadth and depth to your understanding of businesses, the world in which they operate and the key role that HR managers play. Through active learning you will develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes that will support you towards developing your career in HRM.\n\n**How you will learn**\n\nYou will learn via lectures, seminars, presentations and group discussions.
