"summary": "This BSc Business Psychology combines knowledge at the individual and organisational level on how people work, manage their careers, and the role of individual differences. It provides you with a foundation in introductory business alongside key insights into core areas of organisational psychology.\n\n**Why choose this course?**\n\n\n- It was developed by the first higher education department in the UK established especially for teaching and research in organisational psychology. \n\n\n- You will be taught by academic staff who are active researchers delivering specialised modules that develop your knowledge and understanding of the psychology of work.\n\n\n- This degree is accredited by the Association of Business Psychology, which provides students with opportunities to engage in real-life application of their learning and access to a range of career development events and resources.\n\n\n- It also offers you the chance to follow a Placement route designed to enhance your career prospects, build your professional networks and apply the knowledge and skills you have gained in a work context.\n\n\n**What you will learn**\n\nOn this business psychology course you will learn to critically evaluate and challenge existing knowledge and organisational practices including group processes and organisational behaviour.\n\nYou will critically explore subjects such as occupational mental health, organisational change and employee motivation.
