    "summary": "The Chartered Manager Degree apprenticeship is for professional senior managers/aspiring senior managers who take/will take lead responsibility for people, projects, operations and/or services to deliver long term organisational success. It is applicable to all sectors – the private, public or third sector – and all sizes of organisation. It will typically take 3 to 4 years to complete, although the exact duration will be dependent on the previous experience of the individual. \n\nThis degree apprenticeship has been designed to provide access to development opportunities for as wide a range of individuals as possible. This includes individuals who are at the start of their career and who wish to become professional managers and achieve professional recognition on achievement of the apprenticeship once they have passed their end-point assessment, as well as those who may already have developed practical experience but who wish to develop their theoretical understanding of management skills further. \nThe BA (Hons) Business and Management degree assessment approach ensures that apprentices meet the skills, knowledge and behaviour outcomes as defined in the apprenticeship standard.\n\nThe BA (Hons) Business and Management programme is designed to give a broad coverage of the key functions of business and management and the context in which organisations and the people within them operate.\n\nOur Business and Management course is designed to create options for students who are interested in becoming a leader in the world of business.
