Creating and making gives us the confidence to take risks, the ability to solve problems and builds a sense of identity. \n\nThe course is centred around the core material workshops: metal, ceramics and textiles and also incorporates an extensive range of materials including wood, plaster, plastics and repurposed materials. On contemporary craft, you’ll have the opportunity to work on community projects and live briefs, which address key social and environmental issues, and more broadly, highlight the integral part craft can play in the culture of any progressive society.",
