The approximate percentage for how you will be assessed on this course varies and depends to some extent on the optional modules you choose.",
"entryRequirements": "Applicants must have:\n\nPreferably ARB/RIBA Part 1 or exemption from it, but we will consider applications without Part 1 who have undertaken non-UK or non-validated architecture degrees. Before qualifying as a UK architect, students must have obtained Part 1, as well as Part 2 and 3. Please contact the ARB regarding eligibility for their Prescribed Part 1 exam;\n\n- in most cases, not less than 40 weeks of appropriate professional experience prior to entry;\n- a high level of basic design skill as well as an ability to engage in a rigorous, graduate programme of study;\n- an understanding of architecture as both an academic subject and an ongoing practice; and\n- a commitment and motivation to the practice of architecture.\n\nWe will give preference to applicants who have:\n\n- 2:2 or above honours degree; and\n- evidence of a range of experience in either architectural practice or an allied design/construction environment.",
