"summary": "Wrth ddewis astudio’r radd gyfun BA Cymraeg a Chysylltiadau Rhyngwladol ym Mhrifysgol Aberystwyth byddi’n rhannu dy amser rhwng Adran y Gymraeg a’r Adran Gwleidyddiaeth Ryngwladol - dwy adran uchel iawn eu bri. Adran y Gymraeg yw’r adran hynaf a’r fwyaf o’i bath y byd. Mae’n gartref i gymuned frwdfrydig o fyfyrwyr ac ymchwilwyr sy’n rhannu’r nod o hybu dealltwriaeth ehangach o’r iaith Gymraeg, ei hanes, ei llenyddiaeth a’i lle yn y byd cyfoes. Mae’r staff sy’n dysgu ar y cwrs yn arbenigwyr mewn meysydd amrywiol ac o ganlyniad byddi’n gallu dewis o blith amrywiaeth eang o bynciau sy’n dy ddiddori.Mae Cysylltiadau Rhyngwladol yn bwnc hollol ddeinamig. Mae’n adlewyrchu bywiogrwydd, egni a datblygiadau byd sy’n newid yn gyflym. Astudir elfen hon y cwrs yn yr Adran Gwleidyddiaeth Ryngwladol ym Mhrifysgol Aberystwyth, sef y ganolfan orau yn y Deyrnas Unedig ar gyfer astudio cysylltiadau rhyngwladol. Mae’r adran hefyd yn gartref i Sefydliad Gwleidyddiaeth Cymru. Mae’r cyfuniad o ddysgu rhagorol ac ymchwil gyffrous yn creu profiad unigryw ac eithriadol yma, a hynny mewn awyrgylch cyfeillgar. Ceir cyfle o bob math hefyd i ddatblygu sgiliau trosglwyddadwy a fydd yn cynyddu dy gyfle am yrfaoedd.\n\nByth oddi ar sefydlu’r Coleg yn Aberystwyth yn 1872, bu Adran y Gymraeg yn cyfrannu’n loyw i ddysg a bywyd diwylliannol y genedl, ym meysydd llenyddiaeth a’r cyfryngau eraill, addysg, gwleidyddiaeth a newyddiaduraeth. Bu nifer o ysgolheigion a llenorion mwyaf nodedig Cymru yn dysgu ac yn astudio yma.\nMae’r adran yn cynnal safonau sy’n gyson uchel ac yn cyflwyno cyrsiau deniadol, diddorol a pherthnasol i’n ffordd o weld Cymru a’r byd drwy’r Gymraeg. Yn ystod dy gyfnod yn fyfyriwr gyda ni byddi’n cael dewis o amrywiaeth helaeth o fodiwlau sy’n cwmpasu ystod eang o ddiddordebau ac yn dod yn rhan naturiol o’r bwrlwm sy’n gysylltiedig â’r Adran. Cei dy ddysgu gan arbenigwyr sydd yn arloesi yn eu maes a byddi’n dilyn cwrs cyffrous a heriol. Mae cymuned glos a chyfeillgar iawn o fewn Adran y Gymraeg ac mae’r staff yn ymfalchïo yn eu perthynas â’i myfyrwyr.\n\nMae elfen Cysylltiadau Rhyngwladol y radd yn ymwneud â grym a chyfiawnder, gwrthdaro a chydweithio. Byddi’n astudio cyflwr dynoliaeth a’r modd y mae cymdeithasau dynol yn ymwneud â’i gilydd ac yn delio â phob math o newidiadau byd-eang, yn economaidd, diwylliannol a gwleidyddol. Mae Cysylltiadau Rhyngwladol yn bwnc cyffrous a rhyngddisgyblaethol sy’n cynnwys Gwleidyddiaeth, Hanes, Athroniaeth, y Gyfraith, Daearyddiaeth a Chymdeithaseg er mwyn ceisio deall y byd o’n cwmpas a’r problemau sy’n ei wynebu. Sefydlwyd yr Adran Gwleidyddiaeth Ryngwladol yn 1919 ar ddiwedd y Rhyfel Byd Cyntaf, a dyma’r adran brifysgol gyntaf o’i bath. Mae’n parhau i fod yn un o’r adrannau gwleidyddiaeth a chysylltiadau rhyngwladol fwyaf yn Ewrop, a chanddi dros 40 o staff academaidd. Mae gan yr adran hanes hir o edrych ar y byd a gofyn cwestiynau sylfaenol am ystod o bynciau – materion megis rhyfel, cudd-wybodaeth a diogelwch, tlodi byd-eang, moeseg a newid hinsawdd; sut y daeth y byd i fod fel ag y mae, a sut y mae hynny’n newid o hyd. Mae’r cyfuniad o ddysgu rhagorol a pheth o’r gwaith ymchwil mwyaf cyffrous yn y maes yn creu profiad unigryw ac eithriadol.\n\nMae gennym fantais fawr arall yn Aberystwyth gan mai dyma gartref Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru, sydd yn llyfrgell hawlfraint. Dim ond pum llyfrgell hawlfraint a geir ledled Prydain, a’n Llyfrgell Genedlaethol ni yw un ohonynt. Mae’n dal mwy na 6 miliwn o lyfrau, mapiau a phrintiadau. Mae’r Ganolfan Uwchefrydiau Cymreig a Cheltaidd hefyd wrth law. Trwy ddewis dod yma i Aberystwyth byddi hefyd yn dod yn ran o fwrlwm o ddarlithoedd cyhoeddus, lansiadau, perfformiadau a sgyrsiau sy’n digwydd yn gyson trwy’r flwyddyn yr yr Adran ei hun a’r tu hwnt.",
