"summary": "Study History with Education at Ulster University in the United Kingdom.\n\nHistory at Ulster covers the period from the early modern era to the 20th Century. Students are given the opportunity to select from a diverse range of modules that cover Ireland, Britain, the Americas, and Europe. Political, social, economic and cultural history are given due weighting in the programme.\n\nWe find that students who are interested in teaching as a career may decide to add Education to their degree ‘mix’ at undergraduate level before applying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Education after they have completed their degree. Each Education module usually involves a two hour lecture plus a one hour seminar each week. In addition, students are required to undertake substantial directed independent learning.",
