"modules": "There are two semesters per academic year. Each semester is 15 weeks long; 12 weeks face-to-face tuition, one week consolidation/revision and two weeks to complete the assessments. In Semester 2, students study three optional modules*.\n\nStudents must choose two or three Law options* from the Individuals pathway or Common Modules pathway, which include:\n\n• Civil Dispute Resolution\n• Criminal Litigation and Evidence\n• Employment Law\n• Family Law\n• Graduate and Employability Skills\n• Law in a Global Context\n• Legal Advice Clinic**\n• Legal Technology\n• Mental Health and Mental Capacity \n• Research project (worth 40 credits)\n• Wills and Succession\n\nStudents at London Bloomsbury who have an interest in Canadian law will be able to additionally select as optional modules:\n• Canadian Constitutional Law \n• Foundations of Canadian Law\n\nIn addition, students must choose two or three Criminology options*, which include:\n\n• International Criminology\n• Crimes of the Powerful\n• Evidence, Testimony and Forensics\n\nOf the eight optional modules over Years 2 and 3, three MUST be Law options. At least four MUST be Criminology modules (to warrant the Criminology element of the degree).\n\n*All options are indicative and are available subject to numbers.\n**The Legal Advice Clinic is a clinical legal education module where students will be supervised to advice real clients by University of Law LLP.
