"summary": "This course aims to develop your confidence to be adaptable, creative and inspiring, reflective learning and teaching practitioners. It’s ideal if you would like to develop your career further so that you can progress onto a work-based or postgraduate route into teaching. Our programme offers both a full- and part-time programme of academic study in order to develop skills and knowledge in early years, primary, secondary, FE or adult education. \n\nYou also develop your study, critical and research skills to prepare you to study at a higher level. We invite a rich programme of external speakers into College to present a diverse range of angles and perspectives on philosophies of education.
