You will have the opportunity to study a range of texts from different cultures, perspectives, and periods, with particular \nemphasis on modern and contemporary writing. \n\nAs well as this, you may explore texts like blogs, social media posts, film and TV to help you think about the big issues of the day. Currently, these might include the discussions happening around immigration and race, gender identity, and climate change. \n\nThroughout the course, tutors place a strong emphasis on developing high-level communication skills which range from critical thinking to negotiation with others and include progression in your own learning.
