"summary": "**Graduate as a qualified sports therapist using our dedicated clinic, working with our performance athletes and professional practising staff. The course is accredited by the Society of Sports Therapists, so you can be confident you’ll graduate ready for your career.**\n\nThis foundation year pathway provides an alternative route into a degree-level study. It’s ideal for those who need to gain subject-specific knowledge and skills in order to progress onto the full BSc Sports Therapy qualification.\n\nYou’ll undertake a minimum of 250 placement hours during the course, giving you the skills and experience that employers are looking for. This means that, on graduation you’ll be eligible to join the SST as a graduate to apply for membership and professional liability insurance. \n\n**CIMSPA Endorsement**\n\nThis course is endorsed by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), recognising the alignment of our programme with professional standards in the industry. Throughout your studies, you will work towards key CIMSPA-endorsed standards:\n\nLevel 4 (year one) – Health Navigator\nLevel 5 (year two) – Personal Trainer Practitioner\nLevel 6 (final year) – Advanced Personal Trainer Practitioner, achieved through standards in Working with Women and Girls and Working with People with Long-Term Conditions.\n\nStudent CIMSPA membership is fully funded during your course, giving you access to sector-specific guidance, professional resources, and career development opportunities.
