You will have opportunities to pursue your own interests within film and creative writing; you might, for example, explore fantasy worlds in books and games, global film practices, or film adaptations of novels. Previous students have created films such as:\n- Tommy the Superhero – A short film that tackles the superhero genre and it’s exploited narrative.\n\n\n- Out of My Place – An immigrant musical that attempts to recontextualise the dream ballet through an immigrant story.\n\n\nWhether your goal is to create compelling narratives for film, write powerful fiction, or pursue a role in the creative industries, Lancaster’s Film and Creative Writing programme offers the ideal foundation.
