"summary": "BA (Hons) Music Producing is a highly practical programme, where you will identify, examine and refine your creative music production process. Students are provided with a fast-tracked learning experience through access to USW’s innovative studio facilities, tutor expertise and collaborative learning environment. The course nurtures professional development and functions to build the relevant skillsets required for the next generation of producers.\n\nThis award aims to attract prospect music producers and composers who seek to become experts in the latest technology and forge careers within the creative industries of music, film, television and game audio.\n\nBA (Hons) Music Producing is tailored to reflect the realities of the modern music industry and gives you access to regular masterclasses, visits by special guest musicians and industry networking events.\n\nThe programme equips the student with the practical techniques, theoretical knowledge, transferable skills and vocational experience required of a professional practitioner within the broad field of Music Production on a personal and professional level. As well as production skills, students will learn theoretical, compositional and transferable skills that will benefit their future employability within the music industry. Our campus boasts nine recording studios with live and control rooms, which are sound isolated and acoustically treated. We also house the Gus Dudgeon Suite, an analogue mixing and editing desk, once owned by Elton John’s critically acclaimed producer.",
