You’ll explore key psychological, biological and sociological theories that underpin mental health nursing, and learn how to apply evidence to improve care quality and safety. Access to HE Diploma Pass with 60 credits overall. Health studies, nursing or science. At least 45 credits at level 3, with 18 credits at distinction and 27 credits at merit or above. GCSEs (minimum grade C or grade 4) with Access course – maths and English. with A-levels, BTEC or K101 – at least three GCSEs including maths and English.
