"summary": "If you're studying chemistry, mathematics and physics and enjoy how they intersect, this course will teach you to apply the skills and content from all three disciplines.\n\nYou'll gain a thorough understanding of the foundations that underpin organic, inorganic and physical chemistry through lectures, workshops and labs, and explore this through the lens of molecular physics.\n\nYou can choose modules from a range of specialist research areas, including molecular imaging, nanomaterials and robot chemistry, and complete a research project in an area of your interest.\n\nThis work will strengthen your knowledge of the physical and mathematical background for mastering physical methods of modern chemistry.\n\nExtensive laboratory experience will also help you gain confidence in applying a large number of different experimental techniques.\n\nThe molecular physics specialism is in high demand in research and the commercial world, and this course prepares you to apply it to both.\n\nWith a focus on lab experience, you'll graduate with the practical, analytical and theoretical skills required to work in a range of fields. These include pharmaceuticals, data science, industrial development, and finance.\n\n**Professional accreditation**\n\nThis degree leads to a Master’s level qualification and is professionally accredited by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC).\n\nThis accreditation is internationally respected in an increasingly global industry and graduate market. It will allow you to demonstrate that you’ve completed a high-quality degree programme designed to meet the needs of both students and their future employers.\n\nThis MSci degree fully satisfies the academic requirements for professional registration as a Chartered Chemist (CChem). Becoming a Chartered Chemist earns you an internationally recognised qualification which can enhance your career prospects and earning potential.\n\nIn addition to your degree, you’ll receive the Associateship of the Royal College of Science (ARCS) upon completion of this course. This associateship is awarded by one of our historic constituent Colleges.",

Imperial’s Home fees for undergraduate courses starting in 2027 will align with this cap, which means that, subject to parliamentary approval, they are expected to be £10,050. Home fees explained It is current Imperial policy to charge Home fees in line with the Government’s fee cap. The UK government announced its proposed fee caps for the 2026–27 and 2027–28 academic years in November 2025. The fee cap beyond this hasn’t been announced yet but the Government plans to increase the fee cap each year to match inflation. So, you should expect a rise in your fee each year. As soon as we know what this will be for 2028- to 2029 academic year and beyond, we will publish it on our course pages. H",
