"summary": "Our Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Geography offers an exciting course of study covering Development, the Environment, Urban and Cultural Geography, Spatial Data Science as well as interactions with Physical Geography & Environmental Science.\n\nYou will learn advanced analytical and technical skills that can be applied to understanding a range of real-world issues and graduate with a career-relevant set of skills, determined by your study pathway.\n\n**Key benefits**\n- You will be studying cutting-edge topics taught by staff who are international experts in their fields.\n\n\n- Our high-quality teaching, laboratory and social facilities are situated in central London, you will have access to numerous libraries and facilities as well as discovering the cultural destinations of the city.\n\n\n- Successful graduates are employed in a range of different sectors, including the financial services industry, non-governmental organisations, government bodies and research.\n\n\n- Field trips are an important aspect of the King’s Geography experience. We run a domestic residential fieldtrip in the first year, and in the second year we expect to run international fieldtrips (subject to travel restrictions) with likely destinations including Berlin, Cyprus, Lisbon and others.\n\n\n- This programme has been accredited by the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG). Accredited degree programmes contain a solid academic foundation in geographical knowledge and skills, and prepare graduates to address the needs of the world beyond higher education.
