"summary": "**This course is Distance Learning with limited contact days at the college's Main Campus**\n\nThis HNC programme enables a multidisciplinary study of sport and exercise science at a higher level, where you will have the opportunity to study all major disciplines of sports science, as well as an introduction to research and laboratory skills. you will gain a scientific understanding of the core principles involved in supporting a range of sporting performances.\n\nLearning will be largely online with 5-7 contact days per year, where you will be required to visit Lough borough College.
