"summary": "This course will help you to excel within the dynamic \nfields of sports coaching, sports development, and \nfitness sectors. You will build a strong understanding \nof the physiological theory of sport and fitness, as \nwell as physical activity in the local community, \nmedia, business and marketing, sport coaching \nand leadership theories and various other topics. \nYou will also develop your analytical and research \ntechniques. The course will also give the opportunity \nto reflect on your new skills and knowledge, bridging \ntheory to practice. The course also embeds the \nknowledge and expertise required to complete \nsports coaching and fitness qualifications, \nnamely Level 1 and 2 Sports Coaching and Level \n1 and 2 Fitness Instruction. You are then able to \ncomplete the external examinations to obtain these \nqualifications.",
