There is a desperate shortage of people skilled in deciding which technologies to deploy where, when and how to achieve genuine environmental benefits as economically as possible.\n\nThis innovative programme provides the knowledge and skills to understand which 'green' technologies provide real environmental benefits and also to make judgements about the economic viability of their introduction.",
