"summary": "This general pathway supports progression into a wide range of Public Services careers by developing the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviours required for employment and further study. Students will build key skills for a career in Public Services, including communication, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and personal responsibility. At Level 5, students can specialise in a Public Services-related occupational area, preparing them to progress to Level 6 study or enter employment. The units develop students’ ability to apply theory and practice, manage complexity and uncertainty, and demonstrate critical evaluation in Public Services contexts.
