This course will cover major regulatory and transactional issues in international financial and banking law. It focuses on the major transactions carried out by investment banks, transnational banks and multinational corporations in the vast global financial markets which have developed in London, New York and Tokyo in recent years, as well as in locations such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Paris and Sydney.
