"summary": "Combining the latest theory with practical exposure, our MSc Management Consultancy and Organisational Change equips aspiring consultants, change professionals and leaders with the tools to ethically and impactfully adapt, influence, strategise and lead sustainable change.\n\n**Why choose this course?**\n\n\n- This course covers strategic management, change practice, knowledge governance, innovation and behavioural science, teaching you the tools and techniques used by top consultancies and change professionals.\n\n\n- It offers you hands-on experience of delivering a live consultancy project with a global consulting organisation through a 12-week project in partnership with PA Consulting and working with real clients, such as Defra and the RSPCA.\n\n\n- You will also work alongside active practitioners from the Change Management Institute to tackle current ‘thorny topics’ faced by the change practice.\n\n\n**What you will learn**\n\nThis unique course blends theoretical knowledge with applied skills to empower you to drive meaningful change. You will learn about key areas of the field, including:\n\n\n- consultancy and change frameworks\n\n\n- tools for strategic analysis\n\n\n- approaches to decision making\n\n\n- models of knowledge management and organisational learning.\n\n\nYou will also gain valuable practical skills in client engagement, problem solving, presentation, collaboration and project management.\n\n**How you will learn**\n\nThis course is available to study full- or part-time and **follows an evening timetable**. Some modules may also offer classes online as well as on campus.\n\nIt is taught through a blend of theory and practice.
