"summary": "Engage with advanced research training and intern within our School of Psychology. Prepare for a career in psychological research or doctoral study.\n\nGain a strong grounding in the methods and concepts of psychology and get advanced research training. Study this course if you want to go on to doctoral study in a range of psychology specialisms, or to follow a career in psychological research.\n\nYou’ll benefit from a two-term research internship taught in our School of Psychology. We are one of the largest psychology units in the UK and offer supervision across a range of topics, encompassed by our research groups in:\n\n\n- Biological Psychology\n\n\n- Cognitive Psychology\n\n\n- Developmental and Clinical Psychology\n\n\n- Social and Applied Psychology.\n\n\nWe understand that deciding where and what to study is a very important decision. We’ll make all reasonable efforts to provide you with the courses, services and facilities described in this prospectus. However, if we need to make material changes, for example due to government or regulatory requirements, or unanticipated staff changes, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.",
