"entryRequirements": "Students who enrol on this course will normally be required to have:\n\na 2:2 from their law degree; or\nhave acquired the equivalent knowledge of the key principles of law through a recognised course\nIn addition to satisfying one of the above requirements a student will normally also satisfy one of the following criteria:\n\nhave undertaken a recognised SQE 1 preparation course; or\nhave acquired the knowledge of the law in the SQE 1 practice areas by an alternative route, or\nhave undertaken the LPC, or\nhave sat the SRA centralised SQE 1 assessment.\nFurther information about the law in practice included on the SRA SQE 1 assessment specification can be found here.\n\nIf you have already successfully completed your LPC you may be able to qualify as a solicitor without completing a training contract if you successfully pass SQE2 and have completed 2 years qualifying work experience.\nRecognition of Prior Learning\n\nNTU may admit a student with advanced standing beyond the beginning of a course, through an assessment of that student's prior learning, whether it is certificated or uncertificated.
