"summary": "**Develop the theoretical and practical managerial skills you need for a successful career in the headquarters, stores and supply chains of the retail industry.**\n\nThis course is for graduates with a degree in any subject. We’ve combined our leading research with our industry partners’ experience to design content relevant to contemporary retailing. You’ll develop the knowledge and skills leaders need to succeed in the rapidly changing retailing industry.\n\nYou’ll learn about things like:\n\n\n- e-commerce\n\n\n- supply chain and distributor relationship management\n\n\n- making sense of big and small data\n\n\n- sustainability\n\n\n- operations management\n\n\n- strategy\n\n\n- leadership\n\n\n- consumer psychology\n\n\n- customer experience\n\n\nThis degree balances the latest theory with practical application.
