"entryRequirements": "Our postgraduate minimum requirements are:\n• A 2:2 undergraduate UK honours degree or international equivalent or;\n• A degree-equivalent postgraduate diploma/professional qualification.\n\nApplicants who hold a degree from another discipline or have experiential learning in lieu of a degree may also be considered for entry via the Recognition of Prior Learning process (RPL).\n\n-\n\nExamples of work\n\nFor all postgraduate courses you will need:\n\n• To set up your portal\n• You will then be asked to submit a maximum of six examples of work from your portfolio for consideration. The files should be no larger than 30MB in total and it is essential that no more than six examples of work are uploaded.\n• One reference to support your application. "summary": "This course is aimed at recent graduates of comic courses and related disciplines, along with established creative practitioners who are interested in producing comic art and graphic novels. As an expanding field in academia, this course also supports practitioners to develop a deeper understanding of the breadth and complexity of comic art at postgraduate level.\n\nOn the course, students will be supported to complete a major project to write, compose and create their own comic art or graphic novel, developing a strong portfolio of transferable skills in related graphic communication and storytelling. Audience will be a key element of this project, supporting students in developing professional skills including pitching to industry, publishing and crowdfunding, with guidance on accessing grants and funding.\n\nGraduates from MA Comic Art and Graphic Novel may further their careers in the industry, working as comic artists for publishing houses or as a freelancer, or by applying their creative skills to areas such as digital marketing and advertising, education, publishing and digital media.",
