Our PhD/MPhil Ophthalmology programme enables you to undertake a research project that will improve your understanding of Ophthalmology. \n\nOur postgraduate research in Ophthalmology follows several key themes: \n- Ocular imaging using a spectrum of innovative techniques; \n\n\n- Exploring the challenges relating to the appropriate measurement and management of patients with low vision;\n\n\n- Visual psychophysics and ocular electrophysiology; \n\n\n- Evaluating function and dysfunction across a diverse range of ophthalmic conditions; \n\n\n- Visual optics and determinants of optimal visual performance; \n\n\n- Contact lenses and the cornea.\n",
