"modules": "Year 1- In your first year, you'll study the compulsory module Research Methodologies and Reasoning. Delivered online in the evening, this module will introduce you to the theory and practice of research in education and equip you with the skills required to undertake your dissertation in Year 2.\nDepending on your prior PGDE credits, you might also study one or more optional modules chosen from a wide range of classes in such areas as inclusion, health and wellbeing, or digital education. Modules run in the evenings or on Saturdays, and some are taught entirely online, meaning that you can gain a master's level qualification while still working.\n\nYear 2- In Year 2, you'll commence a research project in an area of your own practice. The project can be empirical or desk-based, and it will be written up in the form of a 12-15,000 word dissertation. Throughout the project you'll be supported by a supervisor who will guide you in the processes of carrying out the research and writing up its findings. The dissertation is an opportunity to become an inquiring practitioner by pursuing an aspect of your professional practice towards a research-informed conclusion.",
