Following review of the applicants’ dossier, the University will register students who have been accepted and enrolled into the EMBL International PhD programme in accordance with its Statutes. The research work will be conducted largely or exclusively at EMBL under the direct supervision of an EMBL faculty member. The University will nominate a member of its academic staff who will serve as an advisor. Students may be awarded the Doctoral degree (PhD) by the University of Dundee jointly with EMBL, subject to successful performance.",
