We have extensive glasshouses, polytunnels and field trial sites. \n\nWe investigate molecular mechanisms in plant cells that control important developmental processes. Research using model plants provides insights into genes that control important agronomic traits. Our goal is to use this knowledge to improve crop quality and performance.\n\nThe School of Biosciences research website contains more information on our research areas.
