It begins by developing strong analytical, strategic and ethical foundations through modules on supply chain strategy, risk and resilience, sustainability, and financial decision-making, ensuring students understand how to design and manage responsible, high-performing supply chains.\n\nThe programme then progresses to the advanced execution of global logistics operations. Students gain in-depth expertise in warehousing operations and the management of physical assets. Given the international nature of logistics, the curriculum also provides comprehensive insight into trade rules and customs compliance, equipping students to navigate cross-border movements effectively. Managerial capability is further strengthened through modules in logistics service management and 3PL operations, supporting the ability to lead outsourced relationships and complex logistics partnerships.
