From the moment you enrol, you will begin developing the knowledge and skills needed to understand crime, justice and offending behaviour.\n\nIn the first year, you will build a strong foundation for studying at university level. You will develop key academic and professional skills such as communication, critical thinking and independent learning, while exploring contemporary issues affecting people, communities and society. Through project work and practical activities, you will develop your skills in research, analysis and problem-solving.\n\nAs you progress, you will explore criminology in greater depth, including the social and psychological factors that influence offending behaviour.
