Although they are not registered practitioners, they have a higher level of skill through their experience and training and work across both the NHS and other areas of healthcare services.\n\nThis Foundation Degree is designed for those working across a broad range of health and social care settings, supporting individuals with diverse and often complex needs. You will develop the skills to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams. The course emphasises communication, holistic assessment, and promoting independence and wellbeing. You will gain a strong foundation in integrated care, enabling you to support service users across organisational boundaries and contribute to improved outcomes in community, residential, and healthcare environments.\n\nLearning occurs in the workplace and draws on your current employment experience.
