The Foundation Year provides a supportive, exploratory environment that prepares you to move confidently into the undergraduate stages of the course.\n\nBy enrolling at the Foundation level, you are committing to four years of study, progressing seamlessly from Level 3 through to Level 6.\n\n**Optional Placement Year**\nThe placement year will be recognised on the degree transcript and the applicant will need to decide on this option before the start of the course. The placement year option could be used with regular Hons degree or with Integrated Foundation.
