Exports are generated as ZIP downloads with CSV parts. You choose the rows per file, and each export gets a human-readable session label so files from one run stay grouped together.
Collapsed downloads

Use the dedicated collapsed buttons to merge by provider, title, degree label, and campus. Collapsed exports are partitioned by session so each ZIP contains only files from that export run.

Batch size controls how many source options are processed into each CSV part. Smaller batches reduce memory pressure; larger batches create fewer files.
